When does my exterior need cleaning?
A common misconception many people have is that cleaning the exterior of your house is only for looks. And while it does increase the curb appeal, as well as increase the property value, there are many more reasons to have your exterior cleaned regularly. Pressure and Soft washing prevents damage and saves you money in the long run.....the mold, algae, mildew, and dirt can cause permanent damage to exterior surfaces and the roof. The mold actually feeds on paint and if left unchecked can cause discoloration to your exterior. Another big problem is the mold and algae build up on shingles, that's what the dark spots on roofs are, and they attach themselves to the roof granules which can weaken your shingles and require a new roof being installed more frequently.
What We Can Do for You
Home Washing
For home washing we use our Soft Wash procedure to ensure that your homes exterior is not damaged by being exposed to a high pressure wash. The house is first sprayed with our Soft Wash mixture which kills the growth of algae, mold and other biological elements at the root. It is then rinsed clean. Our Biodegradable Detergent Mixture is tough enough to remove the growth on your house without affecting your plants around the house.

Pressure Washing
For driveways, sidewalks and patio's we first treat the surface with our detergent mixture then follow that up with a pressure wash. The stains and buildup on these surfaces are usually tougher, and the surfaces can handle the pressure wash without being damaged at all.

Roof Washing
For roof washing we use a dedicated soft wash system to apply the detergent to the surface of the roof gently. Most homes in our area are equipped with asphalt roofing shingles so the process for soft washing the roof is much more delicate. We will apply our Soft Wash Detergent to the roof and leave it to sit. This allows for the detergent to do its job removing the mold, algae and other growth at the roots without spraying off any of the granules of the shingle which could weaken the roofing shingles.

Deck and Fence Washing
Much like the home wash, wood decks and fences get a soft wash and rinse. The key differences are that we use a detergent formulated for wood cleaning. We also go a step further to scrub any spots with excessive growth or build up. This is because using high pressure on wood surfaces is not something we advise doing. It can damage the wood or strip the stain easily.
